Canadian Shipping
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. All items are shipped from Toronto, Ontario. We offer flat rate shipping at $15.00 CAD (tracked) or free shipping on all orders $150+ across Canada. If your postal code qualifies for local pickup, this option will show up at the checkout page.
USA Shipping
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. All items are shipped from Toronto, Ontario. Shipping and handling fees do not include any international duties, customs, import fees or taxes. We recommend contacting the customs office in your destination country for information on additional fees you may incur.

International Shipping

If at any point your package is lost in transit or your order is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship it to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns and Refunds
We create our products with love and care, and hope you love them as much as we do. Due to the nature of some of our products, we cannot accept returns for a few items. Please inquire directly with us within 30 days of delivery. Custom items and sale items are final sale. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment from our online store if photographic proof of damage and receipt is submitted to freoncollective@gmail.com within 48 hours of arrival.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (tags attached). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective. If you need to make a return or exchange please send us an email at freoncollective@gmail.com or contact us.
Purchased from a retailer? We unfortunately cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds that are not purchased from our online store at this time.
Want to cancel an order already made? Please email us asap, we cannot cancel or refund your order if it has already left our facility.
