Return Policy
We accept returns 14 days from the date of delivery on eligible items. Custom and sale items are final sale. We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 48 hours of arrival.

- Eligible items are in their original, unused, unwashed condition
- Original tags and packaging must be attached
- Return shipping is paid by the customer (we recommend a tracked option)
Freon Collective reserved the right to refuse any items that do not match the specified criteria.
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days of us receiving the item(s)
- Shipping fees and customs fees are non-refundable
- Different financial instituions may require additional time to process the refund
Exchanges
We accept exchanged 14 days from the date of delivery on eligible items. To get started on an exchange:
- Email us at freoncollective@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange.
- Mail back the original items to the address we provide. Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
- You will be responsible for paying for the return and exchange shipping. We will invoice you before sending you a shipping label to process the exchange.
Purchased from a retailer? We unfortunately cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please contact the retailer directly to inquire about returns and exchanges.
