Canadian Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping on all orders at $15.00 CAD or free shipping on orders over $99.00 CAD. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Orders ship via various couriers (Purolator, UPS, Canada Post)
  • We provide tracking by email for all orders
  • Orders can also be picked up from our home studio in Etobicoke, ON (closest major intersection is Bloor/Kipling). Email us after placing your order to arrange pickup and we will refund your shipping costs.

Estimated delivery timeframe:

  • 2–3 business days within the local area (Toronto, GTA)
  • 2–14 business days nationally

USA Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping on all orders at $20.00 USD or free shipping on orders over $99.00 USD. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Orders ship via national carriers (Canada Post -> USPS)
  • We provide tracking by email for all orders
  • Duties paid: all duties are already included in the shipping fee

  • 2–14 business days

International Shipping

Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Shipping and handling fees do not include any international duties, customs, import fees or taxes. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

  • 10-28 business days
If at any point your package is lost in transit or your order is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship it to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return Policy

We accept returns 14 days from the date of delivery on eligible items. Custom and sale items are final sale. We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 48 hours of arrival.

  • Original tags and packaging must be attached
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer (we recommend a tracked option)

Freon Collective reserved the right to refuse any items that do not match the specified criteria.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days of us receiving the item(s)
  • Shipping fees and customs fees are non-refundable
  • Different financial instituions may require additional time to process the refund

Exchanges

We accept exchanged 14 days from the date of delivery on eligible items. To get started on an exchange:

  1. Email us at freoncollective@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange.
  2. Mail back the original items to the address we provide. Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
  3. You will be responsible for paying for the return and exchange shipping. We will invoice you before sending you a shipping label to process the exchange.

Purchased from a retailer? We unfortunately cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please contact the retailer directly to inquire about returns and exchanges.
