What are your order minimums and case quantities?

Our wholesale minimum is $150 CAD per order before applicable taxes. Minimum case quantities are just 1 unit per style, making it easy to mix and match products for your shop.
Examples include:

• 1 scrunchie
• 1 set of cotton rounds
• 1 tote bag
• 1 tea towel

We designed our ordering process to be flexible for boutiques and small retailers alike.

How do I receive wholesale pricing?

All prices on our website are displayed in MSRP (retail pricing). To unlock wholesale pricing, simply add a minimum of $300 CAD retail value to your cart. Wholesale pricing reflects approximately 50% off MSRP.

What are your shipping costs?

Canadian wholesale orders ship at a flat rate of $20 CAD.

We also offer free local pickup from our studio in Etobicoke, ON.

What are your lead times?

Because all of our products are handmade and made-to-order, please allow approximately 3–6 weeks for your order to ship or be ready for pickup. Many orders are completed sooner depending on volume and product availability.

Can I request a rush order?

While we can’t guarantee expedited turnaround times, we’re always happy to try to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible.

How will my order be packaged?

Sustainability is a core part of our business, and we aim to keep our packaging as low-waste as possible.

We prioritize:

All production is completed in-house using thoughtful, efficient processes that help minimize excess material waste and environmental impact.
